What age are Coco Doh sensory jars recommended for?
Our sensory jars are recommended for children ages 3+ due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended during play.
Is your playdough non-toxic?
Yes! Our playdough is handmade using simple, non-toxic ingredients. While the dough is made with kid-friendly ingredients, it is intended for play and should not be eaten.
CARING FOR YOUR DOUGH
How should I store the playdough?
Always return the playdough to its container and close it tightly after play. Keeping it sealed when not in use will help it stay soft and fresh. Keep out of direct sunlight (can warp the dough colors).
How long does the playdough last?
This is the hardest question to answer because since it is handmade without commercial preservatives, its lifespan can vary depending on storage and use. When properly stored in its airtight container, Coco Doh playdough can stay soft for several months to even a full year.
What should I do if my dough dries out?
No worries! Dry playdough can usually be brought back to life! Add a few drops of water at a time and knead it thoroughly into the dough. Repeat as needed until your Coco Doh is soft and squishy again. Be careful not to add too much water at once—a little goes a long way!

Are all jars exactly the same?
Because every Coco Doh jar is handmade, small variations in colors, charms, beads, and sensory pieces may occur. The overall theme and style will remain consistent with the product you ordered.
Can I request a custom theme?
Yes! We love creating custom Coco Doh designs. Contact us with your theme, colors, event date, and quantity, and we’ll let you know what we can create.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All Coco Doh products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made before shipping.
