At Coco Doh, every order is handmade with care. Because our products are handcrafted and intended for sensory play, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coco.doh.love@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it. If the problem is due to an error on our part or damage during shipping, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind

• Normal variations in handmade products

• Minor cosmetic differences

• Improper use, storage, or handling after delivery
